Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Description

Who doesn’t love a potato? Add some delicious spices and parmesan cheese and you may just be making the star of your next dinner.

  1. Wash your potatoes and place them into a pot with water and approximately 2 tablespoons of salt. Boil your potatoes until they are just cooked then remove them from the pot. You can do this a day or two ahead of time to save time in the kitchen later.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°.

  1. Cut the potatoes in half and toss into a bowl. Season with Chef Magic, salt, pepper and olive oil.

  1. Place potatoes on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

  1. Remove the pan from the oven and flip your potatoes so all sides get browned. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and place back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes. Enjoy!

Note

I prefer to boil my potatoes first because you end up with a nice creamy center with crispy outside. Don’t over boil your potatoes or they will just fall apart. You can skip boiling them ahead of time but they will take longer in the oven to cook through.
