Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund, you can contact us at Explain the issue, you’ll need to include the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as images of the product if the product is damaged in any way. If your refund is accepted, your account will be credited the full amount.

We do not accept returns as spices are a food item and can not be resold.
