Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To request a refund, you can contact us at info@apinchoffancy.com. Explain the issue, you’ll need to include the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as images of the product if the product is damaged in any way. If your refund is accepted, your account will be credited the full amount.
We do not accept returns as spices are a food item and can not be resold.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and viewed your inquiry. If your refund is approved, you will be contacted to confirm and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
