Originating in the Middle East, this blend of oregano, thyme, toasted sesame seeds, sumac and Aleppo chilis is the essential ingredient for man’oushe a Lebanese flat bread. This herby, citrusy, toasty blend is perfect for seasoning proteins, vegetables, salads, eggs, and more. Perfect on its own, this blend can also be paired with garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs.

HERBES DE PROVENCE – 2 oz Pouch
Originating in the southeastern region of France where herbs are plentiful and used daily. This blend became popular in the 1970’s when Julia Child began teaching the world about French cuisine. There are many versions of this classic blend but I love the addition of lavender to the mix which adds a floral note that can help with anxiety, stress, and sleep. This mix adds a beautiful herby flavor to chicken, beef, seafood, vegetables, soups, stews, and more. Try adding it to cream cheese for a fun dip.
